  • What are the new policies and precautions you are taking due to COVID-19?

    We are following the COVID-19 situation closely and are doing our very best to keep our performers, your family and guests safe while also providing an enjoyable experience. We are instituting the following precautions: We ask all partiers to only host or attend a party with our characters if they (and everyone in their household) are healthy, fever and symptom free. We will be requiring this of all our performers and staff as well! If a party needs to be re-scheduled due to illness, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you in selecting a new date and no re-scheduling fees will apply. Please have everyone wash their hands before the character enters the party. Our performers will be sanitizing their hands thoroughly during and in-between parties. Our characters do not wear face masks unless specifically requested. If you would like them to wear a mask or to take additional precautions, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes, please just let our "Fair Godmother" Jenna know upon booking. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these uncertain times.

  • When should I schedule my character party?

    We would prefer you to schedule at least a month in advance. But please do not hesitate to contact our headquarters if your event is sooner... We may be able to work some of our magic! Try to book your character at least 30 minutes after your party’s commencement to allow enough time for guests to arrive.

  • Can boys and girls attend the party?

    Absolutely! We find that both boys and girls have loads of fun at either of our Princess or Superhero parties. Our well-trained performers and customizable packages allow us to appeal to both genders. If you are expecting an equal amount of boys and girls at your party, check out our Co-ed Packages with both a Princess AND a Superhero!

  • Where can I find you?

    We come to you! Character parties can happen just about anywhere you please: your home, clubhouse, park, recreation center, playcenter, restaurant and so much more! Just make sure to check with your location first. Client is responsible for paying for the character's parking or entrance fee if applicable. Please read our outdoor policy for parties/events outdoors. Thank you!

  • What is your outdoor policy?

    Let’s face it, our weather can be unpredictable and go from extreme cold to extreme heat. The costumes, wigs and masks can make the performer extremely hot. Please be advised that our land characters CANNOT be outside in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 50 degrees. Bat Hero and Dark Lord cannot perform in temperatures past 80 degrees. If you are planning an outside party, please have a clean, dry, shaded area for activities. Pool must be a comfortable 83 degrees or warmer for swimming mermaid to enter. We recommend having an alternate location prepared in case of bad weather. Thank you for understanding!

  • What areas do Fair Maidens & Masks service?

    We service all of Oklahoma City including surrounding areas, like: Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Moore and more! There is no travel fee for areas within our 20 mile borders starting from central Oklahoma City. For locations outside of our 20 mile border, a $1 per mile - per Character fee will be assessed.

  • Do you only service children's Birthday Parties?

    Our quality and authentic characters provide that special something extra to many different types of occasions and events: Corporate Events, Marketing Events, School & Church Functions, Retreats, Reunions, Weddings, Holiday Parties, Tea Parties, you name it! They are the perfect way to communicate “I love you”, “I appreciate you”, “Come check out our business”, or “Let's become stronger as a team!” Give our headquarters a call and we’ll be happy to work out a customized package to suit your specific needs.

  • How can I pay for my princess party?

    Our full-service website will be launched soon. Until then, please book over the phone by calling: 405-746-4026. We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as payments via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and check.

  • Do I need to tip my performer?

    If your performer/artist has met or exceeded your expectations, gratuity is greatly appreciated although not expected. Tipping an entertainer is just like tipping a waiter; anywhere between 10%-20% of the service total is a typical tip amount and is much appreciated!
